ADVANCES CAKES will contribute to strengthening students’ skills in classical and modern cakes. The subject also exposes students to more complex cake preparation such as entremets and speciality cakes. Moreover, this course aims to develop students’ entrepreneurial skills based on the modern cakes learnt throughout the course. The industry will also be involved and included in this course to increase students’ performance and knowledge.
