LOCAL DELICACIES is a course that provides student, knowledge and technique in producing products from a diversity of race and ethnic in Malaysia such as Malay, Indian, Chinese/ Nyonya and also from Borneo. Students will be familiar in grasping the knowledge of ingredients and equipment, apart from learning different cooking methods in making local products.
